Program Description
The Tag You’re It (TYI) Program focuses on mentorship, with an emphasis on guiding our scholars to maximizing their potential. We offer an extensive network of connections to professionals (Doctors, Lawyers, College Students, etc.). The TYI Program targets high-school juniors and seniors. We will engage entirely virtual on Zoom.
Duration
Throughout junior/ senior year(s) of high-school
TYIP supports its scholars upon matriculating into their post-secondary education institutions. Scholars will have support through their junior and senior years of high-school. Even after entering high-school, scholars still have the TYIP team apart of their lifetime network. Scholars join a unique and robust family where they expected to contribute and give back to the next generation of leaders.

ACT Prep/ Analysis
College/ Scholarship Essay Readers
Finding funding for college
Access to professional networks
Direct insight into career fields from employees
While simultaneously gaining skills to navigate life:
Communication Tips (Verbal/ Nonverbal)
Learning advocate for themselves
Study Skills
Financial Planning/ Literacy
Commitment
High-school
4-6 hours monthly to prepare and expose scholars to college
College/ Post-Secondary Educational Institution
Serve as mentor to next generation of scholars (1 year minimum)
Note: Scholars are encourage to continue mentoring after one year. Together we can make the community better and scholars can gain leadership experience.
